Today we are having a Dinner & Lesson at the church this afternoon, then heading to nearby Spring Mountain for some Snow Tubing fun! Hope to see you there! Feel free to bring friends!!! (make your parents aware that they may need to drive you and your friends to Spring Mountain!)
You can download the forms on the right hand side of this web page for Spring Mountain, as well as the Providence activity form. You’ll need them both filled out, and you’ll need a parent signature on the Spring Mountain form. So it would probably be best if you print it now, fill it out at home, and bring it with you. If you can’t print it out, we will have copies at the church. Please bring your parent in with you to fill out the form.
